My dad goes to the office every day but I work better from home because the office environment distracts me too much from doing my full-time job. Sleeping 10-12 hours a day is a tough work life, but someone has to do it!
We've been saying it for years—the veterinary community is great. Veterinarians, practice managers, and vet techs? They are the most caring and passionate people, really. And lucky for us, we got to spend some time with them at the Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas!
Formerly known as the NAVC Conference, the Veterinary Meeting & Expo offered an opportunity to visit sunny Orlando and learn from 17,383 people in the pet industry. Attendees started trickling into the Orange County Convention Center on Friday, February 2, with a lot of energy and excitement that carried them through until the last day of the conference.

Hi to everybody reading this! My name is Luna and I have been a dedicated employee of PetDesk since July. I have to be honest here. Writing this blog post is the first hard work I’ve had at PetDesk. I scrape by doing the bare minimum, and it is so fabulous. I sleep on the job ALL the time. I have no idea how I haven’t been demoted yet - maybe I shouldn’t write that. Too late now!

Flashback circa 2009. My name is Betsey and I am a boxer. I am from Texas, but recently moved to California. Ever since I was a wee little puppy I dreamed of the big city and the office jobs it housed. If there was one thing I have always known it was that I wanted to grow up to be an office dog. This would prove to be very hard, considering I was a crazy pup, but that would not stop me from pursuing my dreams!
In late August of 2017, Hurricane Harvey pommeled Houston, Texas and left only destruction for the coastal city.
